Service Desk 2.0 > Service management / Service tree

Service tree

On the Service tree page, you can view the relationship diagram between services created in the Service Desk 2.0 solution.

This diagram visually displays all created services and allows you to manage them. For example, using the service tree, you can evaluate the list of provided services, analyze their relevance, and see which services can be merged, deleted, or added.

The tree also marks service statuses, which can be used to track which services are available and which are fully or partially unavailable for processing requests.

To display the relationship diagram between services, go to the Service tree page and fill in the Service field.

After this, the full service tree will be displayed on the page.
