Services

A service is a capability or action that your organization offers to customers. A single service can have multiple quality levels, which differ in pricing plans and customer categories.  

In Service Desk 2.0, you can maintain a service catalog, group services into common categories, and define schedules for providing services to different customer groups.  

Manage all this in the Services app, where you can:  

  • Add new services.
  • Define their terms of provision.  
  • Restrict service availability for certain customers.
  • Delete or modify services, and more.  

By default, all services are displayed as tiles containing key information, such as name, responsible person, assigned support level, creation date, etc.

In the tile settings, you can select which properties to display and configure data sorting parameters.  

Services can also be displayed in a table view.
