ECM features

BRIX ECM is a system solution within the BRIX platform for managing document workflows in a company. It includes the Document Categorization workspace, a Document type app, pages, widgets, business processes and scripts, as well as settings for integration with electronic document operators and electronic signature providers. The system facilitates document handling with predefined routes for review and approval. Additionally, you can customize business processes for document processing. Automation helps eliminate bottlenecks in established procedures—ensuring that documents are processed timely and do not get lost.

Using BRIX ЕСМ, you can:

  • Use the Document type app, which is designed for working with contracts, acts, invoices, applications, etc. Such documents, in addition to the file, contain information about their registration and status.
  • Set up document categorization and register documents.
  • Use electronic signatures.
  • Sign documents.
  • Compile a document package and send it along the route.

The BRIX ECM solution is activated by default and available to all platform users.
