BRIX ECM

BRIX ECM is a system solution within the BRIX platform for managing document workflows in a company.

The BRIX ECM solution is activated by default and available to all platform users.

The solution is used to organize internal document flow and work with key document types: contracts, certificates, invoices, applications, and other files.

With BRIX ECM, you can:

• Maintain a registration log and document flow in the Document Categorization workspace.
• Store documents and their data in a Document-type app.
• Register documents and manage a registration log.
• Send documents for approval or information.
• Use predefined approval routes.
• Configure table routes when creating or editing documents.
• Create document packages.
• Sign documents with an e-signature.

You can also model processes for document processing. For example:

• Document registration.
• Creation of documents using templates.
• Conversion of files to .pdf format.
• Adding watermarks.
• Other processing operations.

Integrations with electronic document management systems and electronic signature providers can also be configured.
