The BRIX Service solution is built on the BRIX platform and enhances its capabilities for communication with customers.
The BRIX Service system solution requires a separate license from the BRIX platform.
You can manage this solution in the Live Chats workspace. Here, you can set up chat centers for clients and internal users, set up integration with email and connect messengers, as well as assign users with the BRIX Service license to groups:
- operators, who process the received requests;
- supervisors, who distribute requests between operators and monitor their performance.
With a BRIX Service license, users (operators and supervisors) can create live chats, integrate the platform with an email inbox, and connect messengers. Other users can write to live chats and read messages in sessions. If the Service solution is not activated, only one live chat can be created in the Live Chats section.
