Workspaces comprise of apps related to the same topic. They are located in the left menu and are intended for specific activities of a company, such as personnel management, finance, records management, and so on.
For instance, the Finance workspace may include such apps as Invoices and Cash Requests. The Document Management workspace may consist of Contracts, Memos, and Acceptance Certificates apps.
Apart from apps, workspaces have pages, links, counters, and separators. Business processes associated with a workspace connect apps of this workspace.
Also, in a workspace you can create an external portal and use it to collaborate with external users.
With the Configure Workspaces option, you can change the order of workspaces in the left menu.
