Table-Based Approval Routes Now Available

We’ve introduced a new way to configure approval processes in BRIX365 — table-based approval routes.

This feature allows users to set up approval workflows directly within app items using a simple, structured table. You can define multiple stages, assign approvers, and choose how approvals are handled — all without complex configuration.

With table-based approval routes, you can:

• configure multi-stage approval processes directly in item forms;

• assign approvers and define approval types (parallel, sequential, or first response);

• track approval progress and view the full history in real time;

• give business users more flexibility to manage approvals самостоятельно.

This enhancement makes approval workflows more transparent, flexible, and easier to adapt to your business needs.
