In the Administration workspace, you can configure settings on separate pages to ensure that CRM features work correctly:
- When the BRIX Sales Management solution is activated, the following pages are available for configuring workspaces:
- CRM:
- Types of CRM Tasks. Add custom CRM task types.
- Nurturing stages. Edit stage names, add new levels to display in the Nurturing stages widget, and select the activities used for calculation, etc. For more details, see the Assign nurturing stages article.
- Activity log. Adjust the list of actions recorded in the Activity Log widget, add custom activity types, and set the data retention period. For more information, see the Activity log settings article.
- Most recent activity. Enable the Take into account changes made by the script on behalf of the user option to record the dates of comments and notifications created in the leads and deals associated activity on behalf of the user during the execution of the script or business process in the Most recent activity widget.
- When one of the paid CRM solutions that includes the BRIX Communication Management solution is activated, the following pages for configuring workspaces are available:
- Email:
- Configure linking emails. Specify the app whose items will be available to employees for linking emails. For more information, see the Configure linking emails with app items article.
- Configure services. Specify the services available to users when connecting an email address in the Email workspace. For more information, see the Configure the list of available email services article.
- Telephony:
- Call settings. Configure the parameters of the call page and call summary page, which employees can use to process calls.
- When BRIX Marketing solution is activated, pages for configuring the Marketing workspace are available:
- Marketing settings. Set rules for determining for mailings subscribers.
- Additional access to edit email templates. Set user permissions for configuring email templates.
