A live chat can be set up for different types of users: external users such as customers and partners, or internal users, such as company employees.
For an internal user to send a message to a live chat:
- Go to Messages.
- Click on the headset symbol in the search bar on the top of the page. Select a live chat.
- Write and send a message.
Conversations in a live chat are no different from regular messaging. You can both chat, quote and edit messages, attach files, and replace sent attachments.
