To plan the working day and monitor the time worked, the Customer Service solution provides the following Calendar type apps:
- Employee Schedule. It shows the operator's scheduled work shifts. In this app, the employee can check their working hours, and the head of the department can see the upcoming employee shifts.
- Employee Activity. It allows you to track the amount of time an employee spends on a specific activity. The manager can view the activities of all employees in the department.
These calendars are automatically populated with data from the Shift Types, Work Schedule, and Activities directories.
