The problem page stores all important information about it:
- In the General and Related Items sections, you can view the data specified when the problem was registered: problem class and cause, responsible employee, priority, services and requests related to the problem, etc.

- In the Prevention Measures section, you can assign tasks to employees to resolve the problem. The list of tasks will be displayed in this section.

- The Prevention Tasks, Gantt section shows the sequence and deadlines of tasks for solving the problem in a diagram format.
- The side panel of the page displays correspondence about the problem and its status.
- If the system administrator has configured integration with JIRA, you can duplicate the problem as a task in the tracker from the side panel. Employees will create subtasks and track their completion statuses in JIRA, while you can monitor the progress of work on the problem on its page within BRIX.
Edit problem data
Users with edit permissions can modify the information specified when the problem was registered. To do this, open the problem page and click the Edit button.
Update the problem data and click Save.
