Knowledge Base report

The Knowledge Base page contains reports that allow you to view statistics on articles from the Service Desk 2.0 workspace.

Article feed

At the top of the page, there is an article feed, which displays previews of the 10 articles from the Service Desk 2.0 workspace with the most likes.

Here you can view the article title, part of its text, author, and date of creation, as well as the cover.

To go to the article, click on its title.

Statistics over a period

The report displays the number of new articles, the total number of likes and dislikes given to articles, and the number of views for these articles over a specific period.

By default, the report displays statistics for the last hour. To display data for a different time period, such as the current month, set a different value in the Period field.

Content statistics

The report consists of three sections:

  • Popular articles. It contains a list of articles with the most likes. Clicking on the article-card-3 icon displays a list of articles added to favorites. To go to an article, click on its section.

  • Popular. Articles sorted by number of views are displayed in a table. To go to the article page, click on its title.
  • Useful. The table displays articles sorted by number of likes from highest to lowest. To go to the article, click on its title.
