Request Statistics report

This report displays statistics on registered requests: it shows the total number of requests and the number of those that violated SLA standards.

You can also include data on OLA compliance in the report. To do this, the system administrator must set the Display OLA metrics option in the Request Statistics widget settings to Yes.

To display the statistics, specify the reporting period at the top of the page. By default, the report shows statistics for requests assigned to the current user. To view data for all requests in the system, disable the I am responsible option.

The page will show boxes with the following data:

• Total number of requests for the selected period.
• Number of requests that violated SLA standards: Reaction time and Resolution time.

Click a tile to open the list of corresponding requests. Use the Responsible, External applicant, and Internal applicant fields to filter the list.

To open a request page, click its name.
