This report allows you to assess operator workload. You can view the number of open and closed requests, as well as the number of requests that violated the SLA.
To display the data table, use the top panel to select an operator group or a specific employee, and specify the time period.
The report uses the Employee Workload widget.
To view a list of requests with a specific status, click the corresponding number in the row.
Use the External applicant and Internal applicant fields to filter the list.
To open a request page, click on its name.
