Article Statistics report

This report is a table displaying statistics for articles created in the ServiceDesk workspace.

• A list of articles and their associated services.
• The number of likes and dislikes given by employees or portal clients.
• The number of views for each article.

The table is generated using the Article Statistics widget.

By default, the page displays articles added during the current month. You can select a different period or change the list by enabling the Show all articles option. It’s also possible to specify a particular service and view statistics only for articles related to it.

To open an article or service, click its name.
