This widget allows you to place a list of informed users on an app item page or on a business process task form. Read more about the information forms in this article.
To configure the widget, drag it to the canvas from the right panel of the interface designer or click +Widget. To learn more, see Form templates. Fill out the settings in the pop-up.
Main tab
Fill in one of the fields, depending on where the widget is placed and the type of variable that references the review object.
If the widget is placed:
- On an app form. The App item field will populate automatically. Leave the other fields blank.
- On a business process task form. Select the appropriate field to fill in:
- Context app item. Specify a variable from the process context that references the file, document, or app item being sent for review.
- Arbitrary app from the context. Specify an Arbitrary app type variable from the process context that references the object to be reviewed.
Events and System tab
These tabs are for system settings that are the same for all the widgets. They allow you to configure a widget’s visibility and access to its data, define what happens, when the user moves or hovers the pointer over the widget, etc. Find out more in System widget settings.
To complete the settings, click Save. To make the changes available to users, click Save and Publish in the top toolbar.
