The BRIX CRM system solution is built on on the BRIX platform and extends its capabilities. It includes workspaces, apps, pages, widgets, business processes, and scripts, all integrated to perform tasks related to sales.
Using BRIX CRM, the following processes can be automated:
- Lead generation: every call or website response is recorded in the system. Track the movement of leads through the pipeline and analyze the marketing department's performance.
- Customer communication: all interactions are easily tracked, recorded in the customer's page, and used to assess the readiness to purchase. The solution includes the following tools:
- CRM activities for planning calls, meetings, webinars, and emails related to a lead, deal, or company.
- An integrated email client for correspondence.
- Integration with telephony for customer identification by number and call recording.
- Sending mass email campaigns for marketing campaigns.
- Sales pipeline management: set up different sales pipelines and open the deal page at any time to see its status and completed tasks.
- Deal success analysis: use reports on deal dynamics and conversion, revenue forecasts, track the current achievements of the sales department, and adjust revenue plans.
The integration of different workspaces (Email, CRM, Marketing) allows you to gather all information about a customer and interactions with them, from the first website response to the latest receipt of funds. Opening the deal page, you will see the following data:
- The person responsible for the deal and the current stage of the deal.
- Current tasks, responsible employees, and deadlines.
- Information about the client's company and contact persons.
- The history of email correspondence with the client.
- History of negotiations, meetings, and webinars.
- The deal's budget, history and forecast of receipts, and any outstanding debts.
- Correspondence of employees regarding the deal and documents attached to the correspondence.
Delivery of CRM features
CRM features are delivered as separate system solutions. You can select a solution depending on the BRIX versions used and the required functionality:
- BRIX CX (Customer Experience).
- BRIX Sales Management.
- BRIX Marketing.
- BRIX CRM - outdated delivery, licensed before the release of system update version 2024.4.
In addition, you can separately activate CRM functions that are not directly related to sales. The following solutions are connected for this purpose:
- BRIX Communication Management.
- BRIX Contractor Management.
- BRIX Product Catalog.
If none of the system solutions is activated in the company, only the Company and Contacts apps from the CRM workspace will be available to users.

Please note, in the Marketing workspace, customer journey maps are only available for On-Premises version.
