The Email workspace is an email client built into BRIX. Every user can connect their personal email to their account on the platform, and read and send emails to clients and partners right from the BRIX interface. All the communication history will be safely stored in the system.

Using the BRIX email client
By synchronizing your email with the BRIX email client, you can manage all your correspondence directly in the system interface. Emails can be sorted, searched, and linked to app items. You can also run business processes with email data.
To do this:
- The administrator configures email settings.
To enable users to work with emails in the system, the administrator configures:
- Available email services. Integration can be configured with the most common email services: Gmail, Yahoo, and Outlook. You can also use Office365 email or email with a corporate domain via SMTP and IMAP protocols.
- Linking emails to app items so that customer correspondence is automatically displayed in related page, such as leads or deals.
- Starting a process from the email page so that email data can be automatically transferred to processes.
- Users connect their email.
Once the administrator has configured email settings, users can:
- Connect personal email in their profile settings.
- Manage emails in the Email workspace. Open the email page and perform actions on emails in folders: sort, search, and filter conversations, and mark emails as read and important.
You can also attach documents stored in the Files workspace to emails. When opening sent or received attachments, they will be saved in this workspace. - Send emails directly from the system interface, including from app item pages with an Email field added to the form.
- Manually link emails to app items if automatic linking is not configured.
- Run business processes with email data from its page.
