Uploaded files may use fonts not installed in BRIX. To ensure that document text displays correctly when viewed or converted to .pdf, upload the required fonts to the system.
Начало внимание
The installation of custom fonts is available in the BRIX On-Premises version. Only a system administrator can configure fonts.

Fill in the configuration file data
Starting from system version 2026.4, fonts are uploaded via periodic requests rather than a queue. Therefore, first specify the following variables in the configuration file:
- ELMA365_ASPOSEACTIONS_FONT_UPDATE_ENABLE. Enable font loading and updates by setting the value to true.
- ELMA365_ASPOSEACTIONS_FONT_UPDATE_PERIOD_IN_MINUTES. Set the font update frequency. The default value is 30 minutes.
To learn more about this, see Modify BRIX parameters.
For system versions below 2026.4, this configuration step is not required.
Upload fonts
- Go to Administration > Home and select Font Settings in the Document Management section.
- In the Fonts field, upload a .ttf file with the required font.
- The next step depends on the system version you are using:
- For version 2026.4 and higher, font updates are performed automatically. If you do not plan to upload fonts in the future, we recommend disabling the ELMA365_ASPOSEACTIONS_FONT_UPDATE_ENABLE variable by setting it to false to reduce system load.
- For versions below 2026.4, click the Save button. It will take a few minutes for the font to be applied automatically.
Recommendations:
- Always upload the latest version of the font. If a newer version of the font is already present in the system, your version will not be applied.
- Import only the necessary fonts. Font files can occupy a significant amount of system memory.
- Instead of installing the font in BRIX, you can embed the text editor fonts into the file when preparing the document. For more details, refer to the official documentation of the editor you are using. After uploading to the system, the document will display correctly.
