This report allows you to track how quickly operators handle requests.
The report page displays the request receipt period, responsible employees, services related to the requests, number of requests, and the average time requests spend in each status.
These indicators show the average time it takes certain assignees to process each stage of a request, and help identify differences in resolution times for various services.
Based on these metrics, you can assess how efficiently employees work with customer requests. If some stages take too long, action can be taken to resolve workflow issues.
Create Performance report
By default, the page shows a report template box. To create a report:
- Click the
icon on the template to open the edit form.
- Set the period.
- Select the service and responsible user.
- Click the checkmark.
The template will be replaced with a report page containing the data.
Save Performance report
By default, only the report template is displayed. To retain generated data:
- Save the report.
After generating a report page, click the Save button in the top-right corner, enter a name, and save it to the system. Use the search to find and open a saved report from the dropdown list.
- Export the report. Click the
icon to generate a file in .xlsx or .pdf format, then click Export to download it to your computer
Working with the Performance report
The report page shows the average time spent processing requests. Click on the time next to a status to view detailed information about the request, the responsible operator, the applicant, and the exact time the request spent in that status.
To adjust the displayed period, or add multiple services and responsible users, click .
To add a new report page, click the plus icon and fill out the form. To delete a page, click the trash bin icon on it.
