This tab includes three reports: the ratio of planned vs. actual worked hours, shift type overview, and employee work schedule display for a selected period.
Report
basic report for comparing planned and actual hours worked by employees over a given period.
The total time allocated for work and rest is calculated based on the employee’s work schedule.
The time the employee spent in the system is summed up from the current activities marked on the main page. These indicators match the data from the Employee Activity app.
The percentage of worked time is calculated based on the ratio of planned vs. actual time for work and rest. This report is used to monitor employees’ compliance with standard working hours.
By default, the report shows all employees for the current week. You can select or specify a different period.
You can also view statistics for a specific employee. To do this, select the desired employee and click Apply.
To download the report to your computer, generate it in .xlsx or .pdf format. To do that, click .
Shift Types
A page for managing all shift types used to build employee work schedules.
A shift type consists of working and non-working activities distributed by hour across the day. Shift types are created in the Shift Types app.
All activities that make up shift types are displayed on a time scale. You can view the planned start/end times and activity durations. This is useful for visually comparing all existing shift types.
The report also allows editing shift types:
- Edit a shift type by clicking its name.
- Adjust the start time and rearrange activities throughout the day by dragging them.
- Increase or decrease activity durations by clicking the activity and entering a new duration (in minutes) in the popup window..
Click Save at the top of the page to apply changes.
Note: Editing a shift type will affect the work schedule, but not the actual schedule already assigned to employees. This allows managing shift types without disrupting current workflows.
For example, if you're planning to change employee working hours, you can review and edit existing shift types here. To apply the changes, assign employees updated work schedules.
You can also change the report’s display format for clarity. For example, show shift types from a specific schedule, or adjust the time scale to show several hours instead of a full day.
By default, the time scale is divided into 60-minute steps. Reduce the time step to see exact activity start and end times down to the minute.
Schedule
This report lets you visually review and compare the actual work schedules of all company employees. Unlike the previous report, this one manages active schedules, not shift type templates.
The timeline shows working and non-working activities, distributed by hour within a shift and then assigned to an employee as their work schedule. Report data comes from the Employee Schedule app.
You can make changes directly in the report. For example, some employees may temporarily need to start work earlier or later than usual. You can shift their activities along the timeline to adjust start and end times. These changes update the employees’ schedules without modifying their assigned shift types.
To permanently change working hours, create a new schedule, update and reassign an existing one, or use the Shift Types report.
By default, the report shows the current week's schedule for all employees. You can choose a different period or build the report for specific employees.
