Employee schedule

Employee schedule is an app that displays the operator’s planned work shift. A shift consists of work and non-work activities that are distributed throughout the day.

Using the schedule, the operator can:

  • View the start and end time, as well as the duration of the work shift by clicking on the activity in the calendar.
  • Plan the working day. The schedule displays all activities configured in the shift type for the employee’s work schedule.
  • Check work activities. The operator marks the activities indicated in the schedule on the main page of the ServiceDesk workspace.
  • Adjust the work plan:
    • If the operator finished work early or interrupted the shift, they can complete the activity regardless of the specified end time. To do this, click the Close button on the activity page.
    • If the employee has taken time off or gone on vacation, it is possible to delete the activity by clicking the Delete button on the page.

The changes in the Employee Schedule app only indicate changes in the operator’s work plans. The actual time of work and completion of activities is displayed in the Employee Activity calendar.

Please note that a specific user can only see their own schedule while the manager has access to the schedules of all employees in the department.

By default, the schedule is displayed as a monthly calendar. You can change the display mode to show events by week or by day. You can also change the calendar view to a table.

A search bar for activities by parameters is also available at the top of the app.
