This article will help you navigate the BRIX Help Center, understand where to find information about the platform, BRIX products, and ready-made solutions, and learn where to start configuring the system.
Scenarios guide you through the setup step by step and take you to detailed instructions when you need them. Use them if you are configuring the system for the first time or want to make sure you have not missed any important steps.
Where to start
If you are new to BRIX, start by choosing a deployment option and activating the platform. You can also find Help for the product you need.
Then move on to configuring individual scenarios based on your current tasks.
1. Choose a deployment option and activate the platform
Before modeling processes, determine which deployment option is right for your company, or launch the system for evaluation:
- Explore deployment options: choose between the cloud version of the system (SaaS) and installation on your company’s own servers (On-Premises);
- Deploy the system for testing: to test the interface and Low-code tools yourself, get free access to the demo version of the system.

2. Configure your own scenario on the platform
If the platform is already up and running and you need to automate an internal company process for which there is no ready-made business solution, use the BRIX Platform section on the Help Center.
This section contains settings for apps, business processes, forms, and pages, as well as descriptions of roles, access permissions, reports, and integrations. These capabilities are used in custom company scenarios and when configuring BRIX products.
To get familiar with the platform’s basic tools faster, explore how they work through practical examples. Some articles describe the steps for automating contract management—from creating a workspace and the required apps to modeling a process and configuring data reports.
