Full-text search is available to users on a page configured by the system administrator. For example, such a page could be located in a separate Full-Text Search workspace.
You can search for items in the apps selected by the system administrator when setting up the solution. The search results will display matching items from these apps to which you have access.

For example, let's find a required manual from the entire array of documents in the Manuals app. To do this:
- Start typing a word in the search bar. You can also customize the results filter by clicking the funnel icon and selecting the desired filter:
- Author of the app item.
- Author of the item update.
- Item creation date.
- Below the search bar, you will see a list of links to documents with a short text for each containing the searched word. This text can be specified in the app item field or in the document content itself. If the item you need isn't in the results, enter a more specific multi-word phrase in your query.
- Click the link to open the document page.
Please note that search results include close word forms, meaning the search is performed not only for exact matches but also for possible forms of the word.
