To quickly find a deal, lead, company, or other app item of the CRM workspace, use search. You can search by name, app parameters, and logically linked conditions using EQL365 queries.
In the Deals and Leads apps, you can search for items in a specific pipeline or across all created entries. To do this, select a pipeline or go to the All Deals or All Leads page.
To quickly find an item, enter its name in the search bar at the top of the page and press Enter on your keyboard.

To narrow down your search results, you can use advanced search.
To do this, click the filter icon in the search bar. In the window that opens, you can search for items:
- By Parameters. Specify values for main and system fields of the app, as well as linked task parameters. This method also allows you to build EQL queries using functions and operations for precise results.
- EQL Search. Manually compose a query with multiple conditions using EQL365 (ELMA365 Query Language), including field codes, functions, and logical operators.
- By Conditions. Build a complex query directly in the interface by selecting fields and operators from lists and linking conditions with basic logical operators such as AND and OR.
For more details, see Search in apps.

The results will display all items matching the specified criteria. For example, you can search for a deal by responsible person, company, or planned closing date.
If you plan to use the same set of search parameters multiple times, you can save it as a filter.
Pre-configured filters
In the Deals and Leads apps, Preconfigured filters are added by default. These help you quickly find items with a specific status, active or closed deals and leads, records with overdue tasks, and more.
To use a filter:
- Go to the app and select the desired pipeline. To search across all items, open the All Deals or All Leads page.
- Click the filter icon in the search bar.
- In the window that opens, select a filter from the list on the right.

To unpin the filter, click the icon again.
