On the page, you can find a specific ticket by number, as well as using pre-configured filters:

  • Created by me. Tickets of any status created by the current user will be displayed. This is convenient for tracking ticket completion when the user does not have access permissions to the Tickets app.
  • Assigned to me. You can display tickets assigned to the current user, whether you are a developer or a tester.
  • My backlog (for product owners). You can quickly navigate to tickets grouped by Backlog status, where the user is specified as the product owner.
  • My subscriptions. All users who need to track the completion of certain tickets can subscribe to them on the ticket page using the bell icon and view them from the main page.

The release history is displayed in the upper right corner, from the last release to the next scheduled release. You can view the update schedule and adjust the workflow of all company departments accordingly.

At the bottom of the page, statistics are presented on the total number of tickets in any status for each area of responsibility. This information can be used to analyze the workload of development teams.
