Create a request from the portal page

A request is a customer inquiry regarding a service. Users with access to the external portal of Service Desk 2.0 can submit requests in the following ways:  

  • On the portal homepage, select a service page from the Services section. A request creation form will open.
  • On the Service Catalog page, choose a service and create a request.
  • On any portal page, click + Create Request. You will be redirected to the Service Catalog page. Select a service and create a request.  

In the opened window, specify the service, add a subject and request details, and attach any additional files.

Click Save.  

The request will be recorded in the system, and an operator will process it.  

You can track the status of your submitted requests on the portal homepage in the My Requests section or on the Requests page.
