My Incoming Payments report

On this page, employees who belong to sales teams can view reports on the estimated and received payments they are responsible for, and track progress toward their personal sales goals.

The page contains three reports, each on a separate tab:

Page settings

Separate widgets located on the tabs control how each report is displayed. System administrators can configure the reports page:

  • Change widget settings.
  • Change the layout of widgets on the tab.
  • Delete charts whose statistics aren't used by the company.
  • Add additional system widgets to the tab.

To learn more about the widgets used on the My incomes page, see Report widgets in the Incoming Payments workspace. To learn more about configuring the page in Interface Designer, see Add a widget to a page.

My Metrics

A comparison of the payments the current employee is responsible for, by target, planned, and actual amounts for a given period. Based on this data, the system calculates the percentage of the sales goal achieved.

The report is built from data in the Register of Incoming Payments and Sales Goals apps. To view the statistics:

  1. Specify the period for which to display data.
  2. Specify the search parameters in the filter fields: Sales team, Contractor, Revenue item, Responsibility center and Payment status.
  3. Click the Build Report button.

Based on the selected data, three reports are generated:

  • At the top of the page, the My Incoming Payments widget shows the target, estimated, and actual amounts. Based on a comparison of these figures, it calculates and displays the percentage of plan and current goal completion. Depending on progress toward the goal, this percentage is highlighted in green or red.

On the right, you can see the current status of the goal and the amount of revenue remaining to reach it.

  • Revenue items. The widget shows how all payments are distributed across specific revenue items. In the Plan/Received field above the chart, you can choose which statistics to display: planned or received payments.
  • Estimated and Received Payments. The widget shows the ratio of estimated payments to received payments as a chart. You can display statistics for the entire selected period by day, week, or month. To do this, in the Display field, select the option you need.

Incoming payments

A list of planned and actual incoming payments that the current employee is responsible for. The report is built from data in the Register of Incoming Payments app and displayed as a table using the Receipts widget. The report shows the payment allocation for the payment, the planned and actual payment dates, the amount and payment status, and whether an invoice exists.

To sort the data, fill in the Scheduled payment date and Actual payment date fields at the top of the page. You can also filter the report data by status and probability. To do this, click the filter icon and fill in the fields in the window that opens.

You can create an received payment from an estimated one. To do this, click the plus sign in the Received amt. column. You can also edit the planned payment date and its probability by clicking the pencil icon next to the relevant value.

Sales goals

Revenue statistics by target, planned, and actual amounts for a specific employee. The percentage of goal completion is calculated by comparing the planned and actual figures against the target value.

For example, an employee can see what percentage of the goal their sales team achieved over the past year.

The report is built using the Distribute Sales Goals widget, based on data from the Register of Incoming Payments and Sales Goals apps, and is displayed as a table.

You can sort the data. For example, an employee can track their sales progress by month for the past year. To do this, select a period. If you belong to several sales teams, you can view the metrics for each team separately by specifying its name. Click Create Report.

my-incomes-3

The table shows the revenue goals set for the company, sales teams, and the current employee, as well as the payment amounts for planned and actual payments.

Based on a comparison of these figures, the system calculates the percentage of completion for all the goals set.

Users with create and edit permissions to items of the Sales Goals app can add and change goals from the table. The item is created or edited in the Sales Goals app.

To create or edit a sales goal, select a cell in the Goal column and click the pencil icon. In the field that appears, enter or change the amount and click the check icon. To cancel, click the cross icon.
