Subscribe to a request

By default, notifications about request updates are sent to the assigned operator. Other employees can also track changes made to a request by subscribing to it.

Notifications appear in the Messages workspace and on the Additional tab of the request page.

To subscribe to a request:

  1. Open the request page.
  2. On the top panel, click subscribe-to-the-application.
  3. If you're already subscribed, you'll see the subscribe-1 icon. Click it to unsubscribe if you no longer want to receive updates.

By default, the assigned operator receives all request-related notifications.
