This article contains instructions for the deprecated BRIX On-Premises in MicroK8s with PostgreSQL 10 database. It is supported up to system version 2024.4. Upgrading edition and database is not available. Please update to the current BRIX On-Premises edition.

To collect information about the system state, use a provided script.

1. Open the server command console.
2. Run the following command:

sudo curl -fsSL -o elma365-diagnostic.sh https://dl.elma365.com/onPremise/elma365-diagnostic.sh && sudo bash ./elma365-diagnostic.sh

To save the information to the server, type S. A link to access the data will be generated.

To save the information to a file on the local drive, type F.
