My department

The My Department page, located in the Company workspace, is available to managers as defined by the company’s organizational chart. Here you’ll find a complete list of everyone on your team.

With this page, you can:

  • Get a clear view of your team’s workload, including the number of current and overdue tasks, as well as scheduled events on their personal calendars.
  • See absent employees and their substitutes.
  • Reassign tasks when a team member is going on vacation.

my_department_01To see detailed information about an employee’s tasks or events, simply click the corresponding icon or counter. This will take you directly to the Tasks > My Department or Calendar > My Department workspace.

My Department in the Tasks workspace

On this page, you’ll find all tasks assigned to your direct reports. A menu on the left shows the five employees you have viewed most recently, allowing you to easily switch between them. From here, you can monitor their current workload, reassign active tasks, and create new ones.

My Department in the Calendar workspace

Here, managers can view events from their team members’ personal calendars and schedule new ones. At the top of the page, you can choose how to display events: by day, week, or month.
