Here is the list of changes that you can explore right now by activating the BRIX trial version.

After June 10, 2026, all changes will become available to our clients in their active BRIX SaaS companies. Please note, the list may grow after the release.

Please note that for BRIX On-Premises, these changes will be included in the next major release, 2026.7, scheduled for August. For more information about the updated release cycle, see the official documentation.

Please pay special attention to any updates with the #BreakingChangeAlert tag. They might require you to take extra steps to adapt or adjust your current configuration.

Business processes

  1. TEAM-42555 The transition configuration logic in business processes has been updated. The following restrictions and validations now apply:
  • The same transition can no longer be used for multiple actions, such as the default transition, timeout escalation, and error escalation.
  • If the Interrupt option is enabled but no exit transition is specified, the option is treated as disabled.
  • Validation has been added for transitions configured in the Task activity. If only a timeout escalation transition is configured, the process cannot be published. A regular (non-escalation) transition must also be configured. #BreakingChangeAlert

Administration > Developer Tools > Configuration Version Management. In the configuration tree, you can view the contents of a solution; create a version snapshot of a selected solution; browse its version history.

For each archived version, you can rename it, view its contents, compare it with the current version, restore it from the archive.

When restoring a solution version, note the following:

  • Restoration is not possible if the archived version contains a section or module that already belongs to another solution.

  1. TEAM-38803 The Approval Routes and View Approval Routes widgets used for table-based approval routes can now be placed on custom task forms in business processes. Previously, these widgets could only be added to app forms. This allows you to:
  • Assign an approval route later in the business process instead of when the document is created, using the Approval Routes widget.
  • Display intermediate or final approval results at a specific stage of the process using the View Approval Routes widget.

In the widget settings, specify the app from the process context whose item will be submitted for approval.

The Approval Routes widget can also be used to display approval stages and approvers during the process without showing approval statuses. To do this, enable the View only option in the widget settings.

  • Change an Outdated version to Draft.
  • Edit an outdated version. When you save your changes, a new version is created, and you can choose whether it is saved as Draft or Current.

Important: To use draft editing and editing of outdated versions, update the integration module for R7-Office or ONLYOFFICE to the latest version.

The selected reason is recorded in the change history of each lead or deal. Previously, it was not possible to specify a reason when performing these bulk status changes.
  2. TEAM-40750 The export and import of the Sales Teams app as part of a solution have been optimized. Relationships between app items and user groups are now transferred correctly, and duplicate app data is no longer created after importing the solution into another company.

  1. TEAM-27510 The automatic email linking settings under Administration > Email > Link Settings have been enhanced.

You can now:

  • Select any app that contains an Email field.
  • Choose which email field to use for matching.

Telephony

TEAM-43458 Switching between two active calls is now faster. For example, when speaking with both a support specialist and a customer, you no longer need to manually place the current call on hold before switching.

Simply click Switch Active Call on the CTI panel. The current call is automatically placed on hold, allowing you to immediately continue the conversation with the other participant. Click Switch Active Call again to return to the first call.

TS SDK and API

  1. TEAM-43278 The Web API for retrieving contract items has been enhanced. You can now use partial field loading for contract fields and load all contract fields together with their nested fields. It allows you to skip calculating the total number of contract items that match the filter, improving query performance.
  2. TEAM-42377 The TS SDK getExits() method and the Getting a list of exits for task API method now return a new transitionName property. This property contains the name of the business process transition associated with the task. If the transition has no name on the process diagram, the property is returned as an empty string.
  3. TEAM-43264 The following Web API methods have been added: Skip step, Restart step. Bulk versions of both methods are also available. These methods allow you to:
  • Skip step skips the current step of a business process instance that is in an error state and continue with the next step.
  • Restart step restarts the current failed step of a business process instance.

The methods are available in the business process designer under Settings > API.

The bulk versions return execution results for each process instance included in the request.

Example response:

{
  "success": true,
  "error": "",
  "result": [
    {
      "success": true,
      "error": "",

      "id": "019e016d-e3d2-74cc-9c77-fe7eb88b5461"
    }
  ]
}
