With experience in enterprise sales and BPM consulting, Kristina’s forte is finding out what the customers need and tailoring the product to exceed their expectations. She has participated in automating back-office processes for more than 50 companies, and has personally supervised software implementation across different countries. As part of the BRIX team, Kristina has helped optimize the entire product-development process. She uses her vision and experience to deliver new product features, and works with customers to create automation scenarios to be carried out with BRIX.
