# Employee Workload report

This report allows you to assess operator workload. You can view the number of open and closed [requests](applications.md), as well as the number of requests that violated the [SLA](sla-level.md).

To display the data table, use the top panel to select an operator group or a specific employee, and specify the time period.

The report uses the **Employee Workload** widget.

To view a list of requests with a specific status, click the corresponding number in the row.

Use the **External applicant** and **Internal applicant** fields to filter the list.
