# Request Statistics report

> [HTML Version](application-statistics-report.html)

This report displays statistics on registered requests: it shows the total number of [requests](applications.md) and the number of those that violated [SLA standards](sla-level.md).

You can also include data on [OLA](ola-level.md) compliance in the report. To do this, the [system administrator](360006871932.md#administrators) must set the **Display OLA metrics** option in the **Request Statistics** widget settings to **Yes**.

To display the statistics, specify the reporting period at the top of the page. By default, the report shows statistics for requests assigned to the current user. To view data for all requests in the system, disable the **I am responsible** option.

The page will show boxes with the following data:

- Total number of requests for the selected period.

- Number of requests that violated SLA standards: **Reaction time** and **Resolution time**.

Click a tile to open the list of corresponding requests. Use the **Responsible**, **External applicant**, and **Internal applicant** fields to filter the list.
