# Migrate BRIX On-Premises to another server

To migrate BRIX On-Premises to another server, follow these steps:

1. Make a virtual machine backup copy to avoid possible data loss. To learn more about how it is done for each system edition, see the following articles:

2. Install BRIX in a new environment. For more information, see [Install BRIX in Kubernetes](installing-elma365-enterprise.md).
