# Receipts

> [HTML Version](income-widget.html)

The widget is placed on the forms of payment allocation apps in the [Incoming Payments](cash-flow.md) workspace, and shows a table of estimated and received payments from the contractor.

By default, it's added to the forms of the [Deals](360012680899.md) and [Companies](360012584980.md) apps. If you need to create incoming payments for other payment allocation apps, such as contracts, add the widget to their form manually.

The widget is also used in reports for the **Incoming Payments** workspace, on the [All Incoming Payments](income-report.md#all-incomes) and [My Incoming Payments](my-incomes-report.md#my-incomes) pages. When you configure the widget on these pages, a different set of parameters applies. To learn more, see [Report widgets for the Incoming Payments workspace](income-reports-widgets.md).

This article covers how to configure and work with the widget in a payment allocation app.

## Add a widget to an app form

To place the widget on a for of a payment allocation app:

1. Drag it from the right panel of the [Interface Designer](interface_designer.md) onto the modeling canvas, or click the **+ Widget** button. For convenience, place the widget on a separate [tab](tabs.md). To learn more about adding widgets, see [Form templates for apps and processes](360029250931.md).

2. In the window that opens, configure the following:

**(widget-incomes-1.png)**

- **Show + Estimated Payment button**. This option is enabled by default and lets users add estimated incoming payments from the item page of the payment allocation app. Disable it if incoming payments can only be planned from the** Register of Incoming Payments** app.

- **Payment allocation app\***. This field automatically shows the app whose form the widget is placed on.

- **Show properties\***. Select the fields from the **Register of Incoming Payments** app that you want to display in the widget table. Some fields are added by default and can't be removed, for example: **Name**, **Scheduled payment date**, **Amount of incoming payment**.

- **Show in summary row**. Select the fields from the **Register of Incoming Payments** app for which totals will be displayed at the bottom of the table. By default, the **Estimated incoming payment** and **Received payment** fields are specified. You can add custom fields with the **Number** and **Money** types.

- **Only show incoming payments on the current user**. Enable this option so that users can only view incoming payments in the table where they're listed as responsible.

3. Click **Save**.

4. To make the configured form available to users, click **Save**, then **Publish **on the top panel of Interface Designer.

## Working with incoming payments in an app item

If you open the item page that has incoming payments created for it, the widget looks like this:

**(widget-icomes-2.png)**

- Depending on the widget settings, the **+ Estimated Payment** button appears in the top-right corner, which lets you [create a new incoming payment](income-register.md#create-planned-income).

- The table shows all estimated and received payments for the item of the payment allocation app. The table columns are based on the properties configured in the widget settings. Canceled payments aren't shown in the table. You can view them in the [Register of Incoming Payments](income-register.md) app.

- The bottom panel shows the total amounts of estimated and actual incoming payments entered in the table.

- Color markers in the **Status** column show the payment processing stages:

	- A green dot appears next to a paid incoming payment.

	- A red dot appears when payment for the incoming payment is pending or the scheduled payment date has passed.

- A green checkmark in the **Invoice** column shows that an invoice has been created for the incoming payment.
