# Advanced Security Pack

**BRIX Advanced Security Pack** is a system solution for BRIX that helps implement advanced security measures. The features included in the package can be activated to complement the basic security settings that are installed by default. The set of features available in the package will be updated as new security measures are developed.

The solution includes the following features:

- [Restrict access to the file download](security_settings.md#file_protection).

- [Close user sessions when inactive](security_settings.md#terminate-sessions).

- [Limit the number of parallel sessions](security_settings.md#limit-sessions).



The **BRIX Advanced Security Pack** solution is applied differently depending on the system edition:

- For SaaS Standard, it is activated by default. Some of its functions require additional settings.

- For SaaS Enterprise and On-Premises, to use all functions of the solution, you only need to activate it.
