# Active users

All employees of the company interacting with BRIX at the moment, regardless of the type of license used, are displayed in the **Administration** workspace on the **Active Users** page.

Here you can find out:

- On which device the user logged in to the system.

- The user’s current IP address and authorization date.

- When the employee last performed actions in the system.

Only employees included in the [Administrators](360006871932.md#administrator) group can view the list of active users.

The list of active users is updated when you go to the page, as well as when you click on the **Refresh** button. Please note that the list does not show employees who have not been active in the system for more than three minutes.

You can:

- Use the search bar to find a user by username, email, or full name that are specified in their [profile](360016398552.md).

- Click on the employee’s name to go to their page, write a [message](360014191012.md), or [assign a task](360014351011.md).

Interrupt the user’s session. To do this, select the checkbox to the left of his name and click **Interrupt** in the upper right corner.
