# Configure app display in the left menu

You can hide and rearrange apps in a workspace’s left menu using the **Set up** option. You can also use it to delete apps or restore them from the **Trash**.

Click **Set up** in a workspace’s left menu.

The settings window will open. It has two tabs: **Active Apps** and **Trash**.

## Active Apps tab

The **Active Apps **tab shows all apps that are available to users.

Here you can:

- Change the order of apps,** **separators,** **links,** **and pages in the left menu by dragging and dropping them in the list.

- Hide an app from the left menu. Note that a hidden app will still be accessible via a URL and will be available for use in business processes.

- Delete an app, report, page, separator, or link. Deleted elements are moved to the **Trash** and become unavailable to users.

## Trash tab

The **Trash** tab shows deleted apps, reports, links, pages, and separators.

You can restore deleted elements of the left menu at any moment. To do that, click the **Restore** button opposite the element’s name. The element will be moved to the **Active Apps** tab. It will appear in the left menu and become available to users.
