# Workspace settings

In workspace settings, [system administrators](360006871932.md#administrators) can change the name of the workspace, describe how to use it, and select a new icon.

To open workspace settings, click the gear icon** **next to its name and select **Workspace Settings**.

The **Edit Workspace **window opens.

You can edit the following fields:

- **Workspace name\***.** **The name of the workspace displayed in the left menu.

- **Description**. A description of what the workspace is intended for.

- **Workspace icon**.** **An** **icon representing the workspace.

- **Workspace language**. The language in which the administrator can access the workspace settings.

After editing the fields, click **Save**.

Please note that the system can save workspace settings changes history. If this option is enabled, click the gear icon to the right of the workspace name and select **More > Page Version History** to view its versions. You can restore the previous settings version and make it the current one.
