# BRIX ECM

**BRIX ECM** is a system solution within the BRIX platform for managing document workflows in a company. 

The **BRIX ECM** solution is activated by default and available to all platform users.

The solution is used to organize internal document flow and work with key document types: contracts, certificates, invoices, applications, and other files.

With **BRIX ECM**, you can:

- Maintain a registration log and document flow in the **Document Categorization** workspace.

- Store documents and their data in a **Document**-type app.

- Register documents and manage a registration log.

- Send documents for approval or information.

- Use predefined approval routes.

- Configure table routes when creating or editing documents.

- Create document packages.

- Sign documents with an e-signature.

You can also model processes for document processing. For example:

- Document registration.

- Creation of documents using templates.

- Conversion of files to **.pdf** format.

- Adding watermarks.

- Other processing operations.

Integrations with electronic document management systems and electronic signature providers can also be configured.
