# Engagement report

> [HTML Version](marketing-report.html)

You can analyze the indicators of sent email campaigns using the **Engagement** report. The data for this report is imported from the connected email service or messenger.

Please note:

- Implement the \[OBJECT\] method in the integration module to import data into the report.

- Campaign data is included when connecting a messenger bot via the [custom module](create-extention.md). For more details on how to set up integration with an email service or messenger, please refer to the [BRIX TS SDK](https://tssdk.brix365.com/en/latest/modules/_301_integration_marketing_.html).

To generate a report:

1. In the **Marketing **workspace, open the **Engagement** page.

2. Set the report settings. You can select:

	- Email campaigns for which you want to receive the report. Both [bulk](campaigns.md) and [trigger](customer-journey-maps.md) email campaigns are available.

	- Static or dynamic [segments of subscriber emails](mailing-lists.md) to see email campaigns only for these segments in the report.

	- The start and completion dates of email campaigns.

3. Click the **Show** button.

The page displays the list of email campaigns by the selected filters, specifying the type, start and end dates, as well as the status of each email campaign at the moment of report generation.

- **Clickthrough rate (TCTR)**. The percentage of subscribers who clicked on any link in the email, out of the total number of delivered emails.

You can sort the report data by name and type of email campaign, as well as by start date in the ascending or descending order. To change the sorting type, click on a column’s name.

The report for a [bulk email campaign](campaigns.md) is also available on its page.
