To receive and make calls in BRIX, install and configure the integration module for an IP telephony provider.

To connect telephony:
- Depending on your BRIX version, use of the integration modules:
- Customize connection settings in the module as described in the articles.
- Customize the call page:
- If you have activated a license for BRIX Communication Management solution in the Administration > Set Up Call workspace, you have access to advanced page settings for each type of call, as well as a summary page that the sales rep will be able to open during the call.
- If the license is not activated, set the page settings for all call types in the settings of the connected module.
- In advanced settings, you can also choose which action buttons to display on the call pages for the sales rep. To use this feature with integration modules, additionally create a custom module and specify API methods in its settings.
