Connect an IP telephony provider

To receive and make calls in BRIX, install and configure the integration module for an IP telephony provider.

To connect telephony:

  1. Depending on your BRIX version, use of the integration modules:

 

  1. Customize connection settings in the module as described in the articles.
  2. Customize the call page:
  • If you have activated a license for BRIX Communication Management solution in the Administration > Set Up Call workspace, you have access to advanced page settings for each type of call, as well as a summary page that the sales rep will be able to open during the call.
  • If the license is not activated, set the page settings for all call types in the settings of the connected module.
  1. In advanced settings, you can also choose which action buttons to display on the call pages for the sales rep. To use this feature with integration modules, additionally create a custom module and specify API methods in its settings.
